95 gsr (obd1) was swapped into my 96 ek (obd2), got a p72 ecu with the jumper harness. Need help wiring the obd2 harness onto the gsr. I know i got the injectors spliced in right some of the sensors plugged right up, the alternator and distributor dont match up. Im stuck, wire colors are faded on some components, and pepboys manual only helped so mutch.

 

u can change the alt and dizzy to match the harness u are using

 

the dist. from the sohc wont fit and the alt is not working

 

get urself a dohc vtec dizzy and alt for whichever harness ur using

 

do u know how much is a s1 cable trans worth?

 

A new dizzy is expensive passwordjdm sells a nice conversion harness for 0bd1 - obd2a its like 40 shipped.

 

get the alt and dizzy of the 99-00 civic si

 

do i hook up the v tech,oil pre.,knock, to the ecu pin or the conv. harness?

 

Swap the internals from your cars original dizzy into the B dizzy. Everything goes right in. There, you now have a dizzy with correct plug for no money out of pocket.

For alt, just get one that is correct.

hey so my swap is finaly done, BUT it don't start, the back up light is ok, i hear the relay, but i think my problem is the 2 sensors on the clutch pedal, how and where do i hook them up, i got the pedal from a junk yard and the wirtes r missing, one of the switches has 2 pins and white housing, the other has 2 pins yellow housing and a black wire and a blue wire, i need to drive today can any1 help

 

ok so i got the motor to turn over but its not starting i got spark i got air and i need fuel, i didnt hear the main relay click. no noise from the fuel pump, is it posibele for the relay to go bad during the swap?? also mu viper alarm is 3/4 wired up, i didnt finish yet, can that have some effect on it???
