Cylinders order is 4-3-2-1 from distributor to timing belt:

Is the CEL ON?

Are the fuel injector connectors installed in the wrong order?

Is spark bright white/bluish or weak orange?

Were any sensor connectors swapped?

Did you replace anything on your car when you took the wires off? ex. distributor?

It's the same.

Do you measure battery voltage at the connector of each fuel injector?

no pretty sure they are not as the stock harness uncut still in the wire loom would not let you mix them up

bright white

no just the problem using a 2g si/ex manual harness on a b18

Fried one ecu mixing the iat and the egr wire but nothing else is wrong

If you don't measure battery voltage at the YEL/BLK wire terminal of each fuel injector connector with the key turned to ON(II), then you have found the problem.

Is fuse 31 under the hood blown?
