I found one of each locally, i have a 94 dx hatchback... I want one thats going to simple to install with good results ( Ive done b18 swaps but never a f22 )
I dont know what all ill need for the f22 ( it comes with tran, axel, ecu etc )

The B18B will definitely be easier, and likely cheaper. You would need the driver's side mount and bracket (part attached under the timing cover), axles, ECU, transmission, engine, and shiftlinkage from the B18B. The rest of the stuff would just be your stock Civic parts.
For the F22B, you'd need to buy an aftermarket mount kit that costs anywhere from $300-600 (depending on brand of the mounts). You'd also need to do some minor cutting for the shifter assembly and the shifter cables, as well as either completely remove or cut the transmission side mount bracket (the one spot welded to the frame). You would also have to do some wiring and either buy custom axles or make your own from a combo of different OE Honda ones. It's pretty much the same thing as the H22A swap, but with some different wiring involved (I believe just an EGR wire and an O2 sensor would be switched from the H22A wiring).

Im going to rebuild the internals for boost before i put it in, but it comes with tranny axels ecu and everything
But i only need the two mounts the rest will bolt up?
Is tyhe b18b vtec or no i didnt even check if so i may just slap a b16 head on it and make a ls vtec idk

No reasearch needed, I actually start attending ASE academy then to the honda school in 2 months, im going to rebuild it over the course that iam there
