H22a4 swap into 94 accord help
It's a 99 H22a4 OBD2 motor going into OBD1 94 accord Coupe EX 5spd. I'm using the accord Ex harness to modify for the H-swap. I'm going to be running a chipped OBD1 P28 Skunk 2 tunned ECU. I've extended most of the wires already and also cut the OBD1 fuel injector plugs and convert it into OBD2 plugs. Now people are telling me that the H and the F stock injectors are different, which means i can't used it. Is this true? Also the accord uses the Injector resistor box, which people tell me that i can bypass to run it with the OBD2 H injectors. Is this true? If so, do anyone know a write up on how to bypass the injector resistor box? Is it necessary to run a knock sensor since my car is OBD1 and it has no knock sensor and the ECU is an OBD1 which i don't think have knock sensor feature. Please Help. The car is my only daily driver so i need this thing back on the road asap.

If you run a p28 ECU, you don't need to wire up knock nor IAB(Hook up by Vacuum) sensors since it doesn't come in the p28 ECUs. I have a '96 JDM H22A motor(OBDII) in my '94 Accord EX and it's str8 plug N play, even the JDM H22A injectors work in my car. Nothing but extending wires.
Second, I'm not sure about the resistor box. I didn't have to do anything on that part.
