ASR would probably be the best place to get your answer, since they made the product. Did your buddy have stock EG LCAs? I think the answer might be "No, they won't work" (if they were made for EG LCAs) but I am not positive, and haven't tried it myself.

Put a dc lca. If the endlinks are adjustable. Yes you can. I'm currently running civic 99 ex yellow with dc lca (a little bit of grinding to fork mount to fit) with adj endlinks. Stock ones was to long to mate together. Don't ask why I went to trouble of doing it. It was extra parts lying around the garage.

Uhh...can you clarify that? You are NOT running DC LCAs, or if you are, you have 7* positive camber.

If the question is for me. I'm using blox dc lca using 99 yellow. Help a lot with tire rub on 15's hoosier, adj endlinks and grinding the fork mount. Brought the tire in. Running crazy offset.

Wait....what? You mean you're using a Blox DC Integra LCA with '99 Civic Koni Yellow shocks on...what car? And what does "brought the tire in" mean, unless you mean you're running a very high offset wheel ("crazy offset?"), but then how are you not rubbing on everything in the wheel well?

Waiting on fender roll and cambet kits. Still have 2 weeks for track. Hoosier r tires are wider and too cheap to buy right parts. Leave it at that. With stock springs still have a huge gap at the fender about 2 fingers. Ill post pix later.

I get the wide tires part, but I don't understand anything else of what you said.

Ok, so now that you have all those parts listed, what does it have to do with ASR endlinks bolting up to ITR LCAs? You have neither of those parts on your car.
