Default When I'm not driving my Type R I sometimes drive...

...A silver Civic SI.
So, I pulled my nitro car out of storage, and the motor was locked up. I got a 2.5R swap put in place of the junk motor. Everything on the break in was going good until the steering servo broke, then i lost control, the car freaked out, and hit a fence going about 60 mph. The damage is mostly cosmetic, and the steering servo is trashed. I took some pics with my phone before we started breaking in the motor. Here's a tribute to how clean my SI was. Looks like stickers will have to band aid the ouches.

BTW, it's not always that slammed, but I figured H-T would want me to slammer jammer it.
Enjoy!

My car isn't a carpet car. It sees the track or it will someday, when it's not hard parked. I've got some aluminum pipe, but I left the stock pipe on for the break in. This is a 60mph motor out the box. It's more than enough power for me to take out my neigghbor's fence.

Nice ride.

I know all about the R/C cars freaking out. The county put one of those radar trailers in front of my house one day so I got the HPI RS4 EVO3 out and was making top speed runs past it. Unfortunately on the 5th pass one of my tires let go and it swerved into a ditch and fliped 20+ times. Best part was I got it up to 50+mph.

traxxas makes decent products.

more of a beginners nitro company. electric too for that matter.

never really got into the cars. more of a stadium truck and 1/8 scale buggy guy. and lol at the slammed factor.

That S2k is nuts! I use to paint and cut out a new body every week. I had a MR type R that got wrecked. Post up more pics!

haha. Anyways, since my thread got moved out of the Honda section I decided to make it really non-Honda, and I threw on the Lambo Body. Things got nuts after I was doing some donuts in the street, and I had a blow out. Check it out!! I also added a sneak peak of what I'm bringing out of retirement. lol! r/c cars are fun.
