I am wanting to put a header on but this Civic has a different exhaust manifold than my accord did with the cat being right after that exhaust manifold. All the headers I have found looks like it minuses the cat out. If there any way to do it without getting rid of the cat or if there is only one way to do it how would I go about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many convert to the EX exhaust system where the header and cat are separate.
