Default Looking for an 90s hatch

I found a 1994 CX hatch for $4000 but im not sure if its a fair price. Here are all of the parts installed on the car.

This is a one of a kind hatchback. It has black interior with GSR front and rear seats...the interior is in excellent condition. It also has GSR blade wheels with GSR rear disc conversion with matching lower front and lower rear sway bar and upper strut bar. I just put in a fully built ls-vtech. The bottom end has Eagle Rods with Arius low compression pistons and a GSR oil pan. The top end includes a GSR head with Blox dual rate valve springs and Blow Titanium retainers and a three angle valve job. There is also 98spec Type R cams and adjustable cam gears. To finish it off theres also a catch can breather kit installed and a Blox intake manifold. Basically the car is ready for boost i just don't have the money or time to do it during my busy motocross season. I just installed brand new brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder. Suspension wise it has tokico struts and neuspeed race springs. Last for all it has a three inch cat back exhaust and it made 160hp on the dyno with only 9:1 compression.

Thanks for the help.

But now I have another problem.
My parents know I only want this car so I can go racing. I've already used its only a 4 cylinder, its N/A, and that I wont race but i could use more suggestions for an excuse to buy this car?

ah ok, sounded eerily similar to a car that used to be around the pittsburgh area, it's pretty much a judgement call for you at this point, take it for a ride, see if you can have a shop look it over and go from there. good luck

first mistake was letting them know what was done engine-wise haha

you can justify yourself with "it's a 4 cylinder honda, how fast could i possibly be going?!"
