Default gsr 5 speed, jerky

I got my gsr about 2 years ago. When i got it the previous owner said it had a stage 1 clutch in it. I have began to notice that my car is jerky getting out of first gear when taking off from a stop. It jerks going into second as well. It is not as noticeable in higher gears. Sometimes my whole car shakes. It literally shakes the whole car. It usually does this if i let out the clutch too slow, but happens other times as well.

I have driven my friends gsr, as well as my friends 5.0 with a stage 5 clutch, and a civic with a stock clutch. I have not had these problems when driving these cars. They are smooth throughout all gears.

Is it possible there could be something wrong? Or do I just suck at driving stick? I just recently replaced a leaking master cylinder which was leaking for a few months.

assuming the motor is running fine, it could be one of two things.

under normal driving,
Bad motor mounts will give you a jerky sensation, especial the rear motor mount. common problem.

Clutch isn't engaging fully, but i don't think it is this.

If you are trying to launch the car, you may be getting wheel hop and that can be described as jerky.

It's called clutch chatter, and is common with high-performance aftermarket clutches - although chatter can develop with a stock clutch if the pressure plate and/or flywheel surface isn't smooth.

check you tps and iavc behind the intake manifold or a vacume leak can also be the cause.

Sometimes the aftermarket clutches can be a little touchy...or maybe your car has ridiculous amounts of torque lol (only kidding)...try letting the clutch out a little more slowly...and if you think it's your driving, have somebody else drive it and see how they do....whether the clutch is sprung or unsprung could be a factor too...

the two engine mounts by your axles will cause this all day long, same with that big bastard in the rear.

thanks for the input. I have noticed that I can feel the motor jerk when going from no throttle to full and letting go, if that makes sense. I am suspecting my rear mount is going bad from this but I really do not want to touch that mount, especially if i do not know if it is the problem or not. Would adding energy suspension bushings to all the mounts besides the rear help that? How much does the rear mount reduce engine movement compared to the other mounts?
The car has actually been driving good since the day I posted it. Maybe it was mad at me or something =/
edit: Also, something weird I have noticed is that when starting my car when it is completely warm, the idle will fluctuate between 400-1000 for about 20 seconds. It idles fine on cold starts... what could this be? could this have anything to do with my problem?

As far as ur car shaking under slow acceleration it sounds like u have either a bad motor mount or something is up with ur clutch or flywheel such as ur flywheel being warped or something in that nature look up clutch chatter .. I am leaning on bad motor mount if u can feel the motor jerk ... and try cleaning out ur idle air control valve that could be causing the fluctuation in rpms at idle....
