96 to 2000 civic shift linkage help???

Default 96 to 2000 civic shift linkage help???

ok i did a auto to manual swap on my car but cant get reverse im wondering if i got the wrong linkage for my car but i cant find any differences if anyone knows the differences or what ever please let me know cause having no reverse is horrible lol!!!!!!!

man come on nobody.. ok thats try this a different way when i try to go to reverse its like there is a wall there lol it goes into fith but when u bring it down it just dont go this is kinda a retarted question i think but reverse is below fith right hahahaha

The shift linkage is hitting against the frame or whatever below the shifter console.

When you do a 5 speed swap (on 96-00 Civics anyway) you need to grind the hole to be bigger because the auto shifter doesnt need as much room as the 5 speed shifter.

uhm i checked alll that out and its not hitting any where tht i can see could it be tht the shift lever and the shift lever holder is from like a 95 civic it might be hittiing there
