Default Need help!!** tps issues ! oposit reading......

So im trying to recalibrate my tps cause i believe its gone off do to starting and idling issues. it started one day after for some reason i cant remember i adjusted the throtle cable on the stock throtle body then later that night after work it shut of everytime at a stop and wont start cold unless i hold the gas and adjust the throtle nut to put trntion on the wheal to keep a steady idle at 1,100rpm! theres a check egine light but i cant read it cause of the hondata s100 and when i use the pin circut to the plug by the glove compartment the check engine light goes away! but im probing the wires and im getting wierd readdings! i read to set the volt meter to vdc at 20 and probe the yellow/green wire with the black probe and the red/black wire with the red probe my readings are the oposite of what its suposed to be at idle its around -4.50 when i adjust it a little and at WOT its around -.45 when i adjust it and if i switch probes to the same wires i get a + reading of 4.5 at idle and around .45 at wot what could be the propblem im stumped and need to get this car running correctly by tonight.
update, i noticed my fan switch wires came apart from the plug cause of a bad shrink wrap job cause i had to extend the wires for my jrsc also i noticed a crimped wire in my obd2 to obd1 harness so i striped it a little and put soder on, i put everything back and still wont start unless a adjust the throtle cable nut a little to put tention on the wheal so it starts and idles and the check engine lights still there also i have a spare b16 tb and the tps read about the same oposit of what its suposed to be at, do i have 2 bad tps sensors? or am i doing something wrong? please help guys.
