You have a couple of options first, if you just want the brakes and want to remain 4 lug, you can go with redrilled 96 prelude vtec rotors (11.1inch same as ITR/97-01 prelude) with ITR calipers or their equivalent. For the rear, you can use 4-lug ep3 rear rotots (10.2 inch in 4x100, same size as ITR rear) with ITR calipers.

If you want the 5-lug, you can go a couple of routs in the front - Integra knuckle or 10.3inch Civic knuckle with ITR wheel bearing and hub - 32mm; or you can use the first generation CRV knuckle(97-01) with its respective wheel bearing and hub - 36mm. For the rear, you should only use the ITR rear trailing arm (as the spindle is slightly longer than the non ITR spindle) with the ITR hub.
Some people will tell you that you can use the non ITR spindle with the ITR hub as long as you use the spindle nut from a Mazda - I advise against this as the spindle nut will not SAFELY grab enough threads of the spindle to be properly fastened, i.e. torqued down.

With this information, you should be able to figure out any further brake upgrades for either situation you choose.
