i have a turboed 2000 ex with a gsr swap
1000 cc injectors
oem resister box
obd1 wire harness

car ran fine this morning when to start and fuel pumps dont prime
where should i check for a shortage

note
blows fuse under dash
when i put a new one it again it blows as soon as key goes into on position
there is a plug on the driver side fire wall with a big black wire with a red stripe with maybe 8 to 11 wires in it
well when i unplugged that it doesn't blow the fuse

There are two main relay related fuses under the dash. Which specific fuse (#) is blowing?
