Why is your bumper shaved like that? If you had them shaved the holes, why didn't you have them completely smooth that thing out?
In your case I would put back the holes for the plates where it's suppose to be.

in ILLINOIS
liscense plates must bee 12" off the ground

MINE IS
on my passenger side vanity mirror
fits all regulations
Leave it up til it needs to be shown
then just push the mirror down and viola

i dont want to drill the holes in the bumper.
as far as putting it in the window visor..... thats asking to be pulled in VA
i think you're going to have to drill into the bumper, but if you do it right it'll look clean and stock.
over here in washington, front license plates are a joke, it's required but you'll see people here and there without them. it's all on the cop, but driving a honda in no street racing zones is just asking for it.

well, if you buy the relocation bracket you just drill two holes under the top part of the opening of the grill when ever you take the bracket off you wont ever see the holes.
Or just drill holes in the factory spot put some foam behind the plate so it doesn't scratch your paint and there ya go!!
