Default 05 Accord Front License Plate Bracket

I just bought an 05 Accord EX and I want to put a license plate on the front but there are no holes or a bracket to put one. I can not find a bracket anywhere and I'm not sure I want to just go and drill holes in my bumper. Any suggestions on finding a bracket? Thanks!

Mine came with one since it's originally from NY-it's just drilled right in the plastic bumper. no harm no foul. It's just plastic and it's covered when the bracket is on there anyway.

if you dont have a bracket then you can probably just drill into the bumper if you want but the bracket screws in from the bottom in the middle of the bumper right above the lower grill area i had to put my brothers on for him since he moved from fl to new jersey lol but his came with the bracket

you can try to find one of those jdm"tilting plate holders" and attach them onto the orginal holes meant for the oem plate holder. The tilting plate holder is made of anodised aluminum and is available in blue, red, black and plain aluminum and comes with nuts and bolts for attaching. I dunno about the laws in the U.S. concerning tilting plates but you can opt not to tilt the plate too just by adjusting it.

Here is a sample picture of how that plateholder looks like. This is a member's car from our accord club here in the Philippines

I just bought a 2002 accord coupe from out of state and need to install a front license plate. One person said to just drill the bumper and mount but I was wondering if doing this could damage any airbag sensor. I went to Pepboys and they said their policy would not all ow them to drill the bumper. Help please !!!

Just moved to Maryland from Pennsylvania where a front license plate is not required. We have a 2008 Accord and went to a local dealership to buy a front license plate holder....$76 for the holder....I looked at the parts guy and said "Are you smoking crack?"....That is the most rediculous thing I ever heard....

So here was my solution...Use wire ties...about 10 cents apiece...works great...

so then bend the plate at the bottom edge of the numbers 90 degrees and bolt it up from the bottom, still gonnaa have to drill but youll never see it and its still legal too as long as all the digits and the state are visible its legit
