Default ITR 5 lug onto EK

I've been searching and searching but I can't find a detailed write up on how to convert an EK hatchback to ITR 5 lug. I have GSR brakes all around already so I won't need the e-brake cables or 40/40 prop valve, but if anyone knows of a DIY for this procedure, PLEASE let me know. Thanks.

If you did an Integra brake swap, the 5-lug is no different
