front CRV 5bolt/hub knuckles are the same as JDM 98+SpecR ITR, also uses 36mm axles. back might work by swapping hubs into the civic trailing arms but it would need to be 2wd crv model and you would need to have some sort of brackets possibly made for the calipers to be mounted. (btw rear crv uses drums)

I looked into this swap about seven months ago. The front suspension from a CRV w/abs is going to run you about 7 or 800 bucks. Save up and get an ITR five lug. If you search the archives, i'm sure you'll find my WTB threads for front CRV parts. Get the ITR.
