That's going to cost a bunch of money at least. Plus, your best bet is to call someone locally and ask for a quote if you're serious rather than asking a bunch of random people from the internet.
My b16 swap into my crx cost 3k+... I did all the work so that price is just for the parts.
Good example for cost of labor.... 30 a hour x 8 hours a day = 240 dollars a day and about 5 days of work 1200 bucks.... Where do you live I need work

its costing 1.2k for everything excluding parts. i would love to do all this myself but 1. i dont have a place to work on it 2. i dont have all the neccesary tools 3. i dont have the time with work and school. also my temperment is not good especially when something goes south.

Something you might want to look into is looking for a guy on Honda-Tech that knows his stuff and will do the work for you. That would be cheaper and if you hang out with the guy, you might actually learn something about what he is doing to your car.
it's not the flat rate labor that expensive, it's all the mickey mouse bullshit that they'll have to do to make it 'turn key' for you. Shops HATE that kind of work because it's frustrating and they are guaranteed to lose money on the deal.
In other words. Expensive. And if you aren't smart enuf to do the little **** yourself, then gtfo. "no race car for you!"
I'm not here to build you a god damned race car.

i emailed this to a shop i used to go to. he sent me a reply
"you're looking at $6000 on the list you gave me excluding the storage. and also not including the needed parts"
that's what he told me.
This is actually the reason i started working on my car myself. milking you for every penny.

they're probably just charging you for the REAL time it takes to make it happen.
I work in a half assed repair/hobby shop and we spend untold/UNBILLED hours making dreams happen.
but I think you're correct. 5-6k is realistic for a REAL shop.

The problem is the time AND money involved. For a shop to do all that right, it will take either lots of time or lots of money. And with all the work you want, they're likely to mess at least something up.
Honestly if you don't have the time or tools, its best to look around for someone who's "getting out of the scene". There's tons of people like this, esp in Cali with all the theft. Some people have dumped tons of money into their car, then their plans change and they want a house, family car, etc. Even if you find out there are a few issues, it will take less time and money overall.

Definitely over 3K. I think the 6K quote is more reasonable.
lets see... every swap I've ever done has been with 2 people and taken at least 1.5-2 days from park to startup. That's 32 hours. It would probably be more hours with only 1 tech working. Assuming 1 tech at $50/hr and reasonable time estimates:
pull motors: 8 hrs x2 x50 = 800
rewiring harness
valve adjustment
new clutch
resurface flywheel
water pump
timing belt: for all the above 8 hrs X50 = 400
oem lsd into tranny with new bearings & shims: never done this... maybe 8hr x50 = 400
drop motor into civic: 8 hrs x 50 = 400
coilovers
front&rear sway bars
4 disc brake conversion
4 disc resurface
brake flush : 8hr x 50 = 400
a/c recharge: 50
cut and weld exhuast: 50
radiator with coolant flush: 100
oil pan gasket: 100
storage of integra: no idea... maybe 50/day?
Total: 2700, not counting storage of integra, and I think that's a very low estimate, based on the fact that I've done most of this before. I'd almost do it for you for 1200, but I ain't storing your integra lol.
