Default 94up Teg suspension on 93 Delsol

I was told slight modifications were needed to fit the suspension setup of a 94 Teg on the Delsol... Can anyone let me know what has to be done?

Mind you I got the suspension 2 years ago... I remember someone saying I needed to grind something in the back to get the lower fork of the strut to properly engage over the control arm bushing.

I haven't had a chance to physically look into it, and won't for another 2 weeks. I'm just trying to get ready to take on the job once the car gets out of the body shop.

Turns out I will have to do a little something something to make it fit.
I remembered I had left over control arms in the basement and tried to fit the lower fork over the bushing and it wouldn't go. The metal thing that's in the bushing is slightly wider than the opening of the strut fork.

I'll either have to grind down the metal thing in the bushing, grind down the strut fork, or widen the fork.

Which option would you go with?
I don't like the idea of grinding the fork itself as it would make it weaker!

You sure you don't have 96-00 Civic suspension? If you did you would need to grind down the rear LCA bushing for the fork to fit over.

That could very well be it. It's been 2 years lol
So expanding the fork is not really an option I assume? Probably not as I'd risk not having the fork sit completely flush with the bushing.

Edit:
Ok, got my account reactived on the message board where I baught the setup and you are right. 96-00 setup is what I got.
