will a jdm p30, in a 92 hb, pass ca smog
Hey, I have a 92 civic hb, planning to put in a OBDI jdm p30 ecu, and i was wondering if it will pass the emissions portion of the smog test in california.
The car has a B16a2 motor and is bar'd. Thanks.

no i dont think it will. Because its a JDM ecu. I don't know if they will plug it into a computer (if they even can) but if they do it wont work because its a japanese computer.
