Default GSR/RSX Rear Seats In EK

So I just bought GSR back seats for my EK hatch, I got the back parts to fit (they're not in good, only being held by the bracket at the top of each half) and the bottom isn't held by anything but the seatbelt connectors that come out of the seat. Needless to say, They're coming out and getting sold.

I heard RSX seats fit perfect in EK's with little to no modification. I just need 100% clarification: Will RSX rears fit in my EK hatch WITHOUT swapping the back part like you do on the ITR seats?

Note:GSR BACK SEATS DONT FIT IN EK HATCHES WITHOUT MAJOR MODIFICATION!! (thought I'd clear that up, since no one had an answer for me and I had to try myself)

Integra GSR/LS:
The back rests fit, but you'll have to make your own pivot pin to insert in the middle bracket. The bottom section also fit, but you'll have to go to a hardware store and pick up some s-hooks. Hooks connect to the seat and in to the hole of the chassis. 4door back seats will fit better with out the side gaps.

RSX? You're on your own. Never tried it.

How would I make a pivot pin that's not goin to move? and how would I connect the s hooks into the bottom bench? and do you put wood under the seats or something so that they dont bend in the middle when 2 people are sittin on them? (If you can help me, I don't have to sell the seats, and I'll luv u forever )

Oh the love... hahaha.

I wish I had my car with me so i could take some photos for you, but I don't.

The bottom seats? Just attach one end of the s-hook to the seat hook, and the other in to the chassis. Then bolt the bottom down.

Measure that hole in the bracket and find a dowel that will fit (cut to ~3" length). Slide the seats in to the dowel and bolt them in.

It's fairly simple, use your imagination.

can't bolt the back of the seat down, that metal piece doesnt line up with where the original one was.the s-hook idea sounds good tho, and for the dowel, I guess I have to cut holes in the seats?

cut holes in the seat backs? No If I remember correctly you'll have to remove the plate. It's been a long time. Can you move that hook to bolt down?

You need DB8 bottoms or something for it to fit. There was a writeup a while ago

This is why I'm tryna figure out if RSX seats will fit, cuz I found a cheap set for the rear, and from pictures, it looks like they would fit muuuh better.

the rsx fronts will fit but youll have to get some sheet metel and cut it up drill holes in both ends the match the seat rail and your stock whole. the bolts dont line up without it.
its pretty easy to do if you have the right tools.

edit--- heres for the rsx seat. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/%5Bfaq%5D-diy-rsx-front-rear-seats-into-96-00-coupe-1167520/
