Default skunk2 springs

So I'm new to the em2 world but not to the honda world. I just picked up a 2003 EX coupe and the first mods on my list are suspension. I have searched the forums for a pic of a civic with skunk2 springs, but have yet to find one. I plan to add a mugen style lip and oem side skirts in the near future and some 16" rims so my question is since this will be my daily driver will this drop produce clearance issues as far as daily driven goes with scrubbing the lip. Also, any other helpful info as far as which camber kits, or struts are the best to use on these cars would be greatly appreciated. Also, My budget on shocks and springs is around 700 dollars.
