Default clutch issue, not popping up quickly

I have a 96 cx with a 2000 gsr engine swap.
car runs fine, no problems.
the issue that im having is that when i push down the clutch pedal, it doesn't pop back up right away. it feels theres not a lot of resistance when i push the pedal

i did some research on HT, and im not sure if its a spring issue or whatnot.

Is the (brake) fluid low in the clutch master cylinder?

Do you see any fluid leaking behind the clutch pedal or at the master or slave cylinder?

Have you tried bleeding the hydraulic system?
