Completely wrong, it is a crank pulley tool, it holds the crank pulley and allows you to put a ratchet on the other end so that the pulley doesn't spin allowing you to remove the crank pulley bolt.

lol def a tool.. not a part of the car, also comes in handy if you have a crank bolt that wont come loose with an impact... haved to use it before with a long ratchet lower the car till it holds it on the ground, and crank that bolt with a very long breaker bar.. def nightmare, been there before

Mine looks just like that but I bought it through Amazon.com... the package said to always wash hands after using it because it contains lead or something.

most likely something for a pulley which you really dont have its a tentioner tool

car made in japan.......back fold down seat from car in japan..........object in picture says MADE IN U.S.A. hmm......lmao. i've used those before, i believe from armstrong? not sure.
