quick axle question same or different?
will a 93 civic axle for a d series fit a 96 civic ex d series axle? i dont think my coupe has abs but im not sure...anyone know when abs became standard? thanks guys.
as long as you don't have ABS at least. Otherwise you can use any 92-00 D-series axle but it'll have to be ABS.
i know the d with d would work...but my hatch has no abs 100% but im not sure about the coupe. do the 96 coupes come with abs? i have never seen a light or anythhing that relates to abs. lol
i'm not sure, but i know how you can tell
if there's a module that looks kinda like this under your hood (not sure where under the hood), with brake lines coming out of it, then you have ABS.

ok man that is very helpful.

the ex model came with abs but even then I don't think that all of them did either so it was an option. My 97 hx does not have it. I do know that in 96 honda switched to rear drums for the ex model and the only one to have rear disc is the 99-00 si.
