i bought a cv axle for Integra's with abs to later find out i dont have abs. Does anyone know what the differnce between cv axles for car with abs compaired to cars without? And also does anyone know no how to adjust the cv axle i bought work on a car without abs?

the axle wit abs has a metal ring (abs ring) on it ...... the non abs axles do not have it.... i had the opposite of yr problem ... i have and ABS car and pepboys gave me a non ABS axle .... i figured it out once i already had put it together lol.... u can pop the ABS ring off wit a flat headed chissel and a hammer.... it should work with or without the abs ring on or not on i dont think it matters...just my ABS didnt work with having the ring on the axle..hopes this helps
