So, did a swap last week.. B16a2 into 96' DX hatch. all wiring is from a 99 SI. ecu is a p2t.. so the car is all obd2b.

second day of driving it, i got a CEL and it was a
'1 :: O2A - Oxygen sensor #1 '
went, bought a brand new Denso o2.. and.....
yesterday i got a CEL and pulled up a
'61 :: Primary oxygen sensor'

any ideas on what it could be? everything else seems to be working fine.. except for it throwing the code. i tried to use a scantool at autozone, but.. they stopped renting them out, and i dont really have the money to buy a scantool to use once.

any help would be greatly appreciated
