Default Question about Wiring VTEC to p28

Yes, Yes. I know which pins to the ECU control VTEC and all of that...

What I'm still lacking info on is this:

A) Should my 95 CX have wires from A4 and D6 ran from the ECU plugs A and D to the shock tower of the vehicle?

and B) If it doesn't, how do I properly insert the wires into the A and D plugs [in the 4 and 6 spots respectively] of the wiring harness that plug into the ECU?

Or any other method of doing this properly...

Only the 92's came with wiring from ecu-tower from the factory. You'll need to pin them yourself and it's a bitch. I can't find the picture of how to do it but if you spend enough time on google you'll find it.
