Icon3 Brake issues; prop valve, master cylinder or brake booster or...???

Have a 99 4dr LS and when I brake, car pulls EITHER to the left or the right, usually to the right first then back to the left, but sometimes the opposite, or will just shimmy left/right. Replaced all four rotors/pads and front calipers 2x since that was suspected cause. Now i'm lost. What the hell could be causing this?

alignment problem OR you have a broken belt in one of your tires this will cause the car to pull one way slightly

Wish it were alignment, had it checked and still have the problem. Town Fair Tire looked at the tires, said that they were fine, but one can never be too sure with them. Any other ideas?

Well, I have an update for this old issue...its still there!! I had the front end looked at and it all checked out. Had the rotors resurfaced and replaced brake lines, which helped a little but now my mechanic thinks its the struts. He says he only noticed the steering wheel jerk when I'm braking AND hitting a bump. Said small chance but could be a broken damper in the steering rack. WTF should I do? Replace the struts and pray that's the problem??? Please help...this is really getting to me...
