Default Mugen Twin Loop Muffler Replica

http://www.mufflermall.com/index.php...roducts_id=742

I bought a different cheap muffler for my car off of this site for $28 so I know its not a fake site. I'm just wondering if this thing would sound good at all or not. My buddy is looking into buying a Del Sol so I'm wondering about getting him to buy this one. Whats your guys opinion?

don't do it, MOST of these exhauts have very poor buffers and horrible welds, i would suggest saving up and buying something better.

I would normally agree but I've been running one of their mufflers on my Civic for 1.5 years so I'm not so skeptical about this company.

items like this are putting major companies out of business, they just copy the design and manufacture it. they don't have to pay for R&D

A new twin loop is obviously not within your budget for this, but FWIW I bought a new Mugen twin loop from kingmotorsports just last year.

That muffler would work fine. I had a similar one on my car for over a year without much change in tone. However, I got really tired of looking at the horrible craftsmanship (Looks really really cheap under the car) and sold it off. Something for you to consider.

If you'd read the post, you'd see it isnt MY budget. It's my buddy who is just getting into the Honda scene. Also, I just looked at King Motorsports a week ago and they didnt have it.

get a used real twinloop.... thats what i did on my hatch... but you need a CTR rear lip if you want the twinloop to look good cuz the exhuast cutout is in a diff spot on CTR's... which is what a twinloop is designed for.

I have an OBX replica of the twin loop, sounds great on my ZC vtec motor. I painted the canister black before it was welded on and left the tip unpainted. Doesnt look cheap at all.
