Default Mugen RG... kinda bought a set... need to choose a color

Soooo, i kind of *accidentally* bought a set of Mugen RG's with some curbage on ebay for one hell of a deal. they are 15x6.5's and soo since i'm sure you want to hear how i *accidentally* bought them... i threw out what i thought was an insane offer just for kicks and the guy accepted it. Sooooooooooo i photoshoped them on my car real quick in some colors. now i'm sure it is absolutely sacrilegious to powdercoat genuine Mugen wheels something other than the original.... they are curbed anyways soooo yea and i'm not really into silver wheels on red cars. but here they are. Let me know what you think, and i will be fixing and powdercoating them...

Black

gunmetal

dark silver

silver

gold

i am thinking black... i just love black so much on this car.... here it is with the k1's that are currently on the car

here they are... i'm gonna rock them without the centers... i think they look sexy that way.

Gold might be over played and a bit flashy, but I think it looks nice on that car. or Dark Silver.

Regardless, Powder coat ftw!

Keep them silver.

And rock the caps.

Or just give them to someone who appreciates the wheel and isn't going to spraypaint them.

well the last time i checked, powdercoating isn't spraypainting... the way i see it i'm bringing these wheels back from the dead as they are currently curbed... also i would like to know why it is that you think i don't appreciate a nice set of Mugens?
WOW, just getting color opinions to see IF i should change them. so that's your 1 vote for back to silver after they are fixed... got it.

I think it's silly to rock a wheel that has center plates when you can't run them.

If you have extended studs, then by all means, find a wheel more suited to your vehicle.

silver with the caps look good but do what you want man. those black k1's look sick already so whichever you go with i'm sure will look good.

I say refinish them. By that I mean send them to a wheel repair shop and get the curb marks fixed. Make them look brand new.

You'd effectively have "new" Mugen wheels for a good deal.
