Stupid MUGEN question...
What is the official mugen color scheme order (from left to right)? I've seen it as black-gold-red and I've also seen red-gold-black...so which is it?

it depends on the background color. white backgrounds get red-gold-black and black backgrounds get white-red-gold. that's the official color scheme.

the color order is still correct even though it's backwards. either way, that decal kit has been discontinued from Mugen.
the reason why the colors are in the black-gold-red order on that decal set is because it would look odd with black as the last color. imagine that kit on a black or dark colored car -- the last color, black, would only be visible up close since it has the dark silver outline.

Re: Stupid MUGEN question... (ASR)
ASR,
the scheme for a yellow car would be the same as the one for white -- red-gold-black.
as far as the discontinued decals go, Mugen dropped most of the current designs from their lineup. replacements should be available later this summer.
