What clutch kit to get
You should not need anything too aggressive. Personally I'm not a fan of pucked clutches. I run an ACT extreme duty pressure plate and a street disk paired with a 8lbs flywheel. It has stiff pedal feel but very streetable, any of my car illiterate friends can drive my car fine. Plus 2 summers of track duty on slicks and a 2 step set somewhere north of 7500RPM.
People told me to get a pucked clutch thats good for gobs of torque, I don't see the point with an NA B series.

"Street" discs tend to blow up. They are basically OE discs with a HD facings. Seen springs pop out of them and the spring windows cracked all the time. Some people have good luck and they don't blow up. Others, it only takes a week. Feel free to roll your own dice.

Not sure if you have ever heard of this company but im using one of their clutches in my h2b setup. Its a 6 puck non sprung hub on cable trans so I really feel it but im the only one that drives that car so I got used to it.
