Clutch set-up 300whp?
Im looking for a clutch setup that can handle about 300whp +/- some. I am looking for something that grips well for the track and something I can drive on the streets without having a stif *** pedal. Ive been looking at a Competition stage 4 (Strip Series 1620 Clutch Kit, 6 puck and 6 spring) with a 150-250% increase in torque capacity according to there web site. Has anyone ever used this clutch and any other recomendations?
Thanks and please don't flame

I have an ACT 6 puck unsprung and it held fine on my buddys turbo SI 350whp. Pedal isnt stiff at all its hydro actuated. Even if it is a lil stiff, you'll get used to it. I wouldnt get a sprung clutch as those springs break sometimes

I have the ACT HDSS kit...
the heavy duty pressure plate and street disc.... made 322whp and 220 tq at 10psi... and ran it all summer, no problems....
also launched it at 6000 rpm at the track for 20+ runs and never slipped once..
