I just want to get something clear

I have original obd2a harness w/converted ecu plugs to obd2b and added necessary sensors. For me to run s300 i need to covert to obd1? and can i just use OBD2b to OBD1 ECU Conversion Harness??

Yes, if you've properly setup the pinouts to match OBD2b spec and you have OBD2b plugs, that's the harness you'll need.
