Default How do I get 60's down?

I went to the track yesterday and as youll see the car was very consistent.

This is my first time back to the track in almost 5 years.

I wanna cut 1.6's

Car is 93 Si, Skunk2 launch kit on coilovers, Energy suspension bushings, traction bars, 22x9x13 M&H's on Bogarts, skinnies in the rear, 2nd gear burnout, leaving the hole @ 7800, 9 lbs in the rubber when cold. The car weighs 2410 with me in it.

First Pass
r/t: -.027
60': 1.806
12.802@105.32

Second Pass
r/t: .470
60': 1.808
12.811@105.26

Third Pass
r/t: .004 Im gettin back in the swing of things
60': 1.828
12.843@105.37

Fourth Pass
r/t: .099
60': 1.782
12.72@105.62

Temp dropped a bit and the car hooked really good last pass.

hi, maybe a little less weight, try to take some traveling from your shocks and maybe a 2-step setup so you can leave the line a little loaded

Im leaving @ 7800 on 2 step. Rear suspension has no travel because of the 900lb rear springs. Less weight. Im a big dude, 250 ish.

The car wants to fall on its face @ anything less than 7800rpms on launch, Bigger rubber is out of the question. The car hooks very well now.

I dont think that Ill be able to turn a 24.5. Being all motor really limits my launching ability

Then why are you making this thread?

How is your alignment? Have you had the car corner balanced?

Take the slicks to 6.75 cold before the burnout. move your rpms up a little if you have to. You gotta adjust around to find your sweet spot. Hows the alignment set? And whats your front suspension rated at? (Spring weight)

Hit it with nitrous right out of the gate...

NEVER been able to hit 1.6s in my 220whp k-hatch, always wants to bog just a little bit no matter how high i launch it. That all changed when i stuck 100shot in its ***. mid 1.7s to low 1.6s instantly

Car hasnt been corner balanced and alignment is good. Camber is the only thing thats off a little.

Why would you ask why Im making this thread? Thought I made that clear in the first post.

Whats the tempature like where you are? I dont really want to go up too much more with the launch control. The front spring rates I believe is 560.

200 on a mustang dyno, im preloading the trans and leaving on 2 step.

Its a itr trans with a 4.4 fd. It doesnt get any shorter than that for my setup.
