Spot Weld Cutter/Drill bit

I am looking into replace my 99-00 Si Radiator Support. Does anyone know what size bit i should buy? any special tools? or the size of the weld from the factory?

just get a spot weld cutter tool from harbor freight for $5.00 and have at it
