can i use an OEM headgasket on a b18 thats bored to 81.50 mm?

I've always thought using a gasket with a smaller diameter then the bore would give way for a hotspot region for detonation, by leaving a small but marginal area of gasket within the combustion chamber since your using a smaller diameter gasket bore.

IDK, I could be wrong.

As far as using an OEM gasket on an 81.5mm bore, as long as the OEM is a widerbore diameter as mention in the thread above (~81.75) go for it
