Icon5 Gasket Sealer? ...or not.

Searching, I've seen yes and no, but I'm wondering if I should use gasket sealer for my new header? The b18a1 is mostly stock otherwise.

Thanks.

Just use a metal "OEM" style gasket dry and you'll be fine. I reuse them often and no issues yet.

Yes, I'd kind'a thought it should be dry....flat that way, but oem style? Steel, not the copper one?

Thanks.

Yes steel, that's what I have luck with. Can't say one is better than the other.

Hmm, I just discovered you can get this gasket, OEM from Acura...probably the way to go. "Nippon Leakless" $17
