Default single cam boost

Hey guys was up, I have a couple of questions and hope to get some honest feedback. I have 00 civic ex coupe and want to throw a turbo set up on it. I dont want nothing big and fancy. I have searched for turbo kits but at the moment cant afford any brand name one. I was considering an ebay turbo kit but want an opinion on those. Also, will I be ok with just running a good, brand name wastegate and blow off valve or do I really need an electronic boost controller and full tune. I just want to run 5-6 psi. Also, how much fuel system upgrade do I really need for the psi Im planning on running (bigger injectors, fuel rail, pump)?
Thanx in advance for all the advice.

Piece your own kit is probably the best way or get an used greddy kit. Tuning is a must if you don't want it blowing up on you.
