Garrett T34 on B16A2!
Hi fellas, im new to Honda Tech, and i have a civic with a b16a2 engine in it, and im planning to install a turbo, so the setup im planing to run is something like this:
Turbo: Garrett T34
Fuel Pump - Walbro 255lph
Clutch - Stage 2 EXEDY Clutch
Gauges - Boost, EGT, Oil and Fuel Pressure
Injectors - 750cc RC injectors
Wastegate - TiAL MV-S Wastegate 0,6bar (8.7psi)
Intercooler - An ebay one would do
Dump Valve - HKS Super SQV
Fuel Management - Hondata S300
(Im expecting less then 300hp of course)
About 1920€ Total price without tuning and assembly (ill assemble, but not tune
)
Cheers

i think the 450s will go out about 9-10 thats what iv heard. i got 1000s and then you never need to buy new injectors ever again.....unless some 1 steals them..
If your new to H-T. specifically the Forced Induction Forum, take some time to read the FAQ at the top of the page. It has a lot of good info. As far as your setup it seems ok, it will take a little longer to spool the t3/t4 compared to the gt28rs due to larger sized wheels/housings and being journal bearing instead of ball bearing. What trim is the turbo 50,57 or 60? What A/R is your for the intake and exhaust (it says on the housings like ".63" or ".63ar" ?
I've read most of the faq, in this and other foruns too
Ill probably go to bigger injectors as you said, i dont need to upgrade them in the future...
DC-2uned yeah the biggest problem should be a bit longer spooling time...and i dont have that info, but ill ask the seller (ebay, used turbo)
The turbo is this one http://i19.ebayimg.com/03/i/001/2c/b1/baa6_1.JPG
B20 beast why you think that? It is rated at <300hp i think...
13lbs is how much psi? :S Sorry im Portuguese and here we use PSI as a pressure measure.
I was thinking 7\8 psi max (stock internals...cant risk too much)
Cheers!

No. you're fine with going by an HP rating and not pressure, so don't fall for it. The stock engine can take about 320whp or slightly more.
The EXEDY Stage 1 clutch will not hold that great. your choice needs to be based upon the amount of increase in torque, in which with the turbo setup you have, will be more than 35% that it claimss. Going to Stage 2 is fine . That is good to over 70% than stock.

Ok so to get between 260-280hp this setup is ok combined with good tuning right?

Visit one of the sponsors on this website and buy a new t3/t4 from them. Cheap, RELIABLE, and rebuildable.
Or you can buy a used one from a user on here, but I would stay away from autochrome/ebay ones.

You can.. some of the vendors have no problems shipping overseas. Make sure you have told them about any duties that you have to worry about.
That's not the question, even ebay ships overseas and i cant buy things from any country that's not in the EU, because of the Custom, or customs, i dont know how to say that in english, cuz if it gets stuck in there then the duties will be a bit high.
Until it crashes, and support is nowhere to be found if he moves from his area. Go with what the Tuner recommends and is well-supported, not just if it is "free" or not. This type of thinking can lead a road to ruin, if not careful
