94-97 integra fog light wiring. help

94-97 integra fog light wiring. help
It came with no instructions. I got them mounted on the car already, i just have to wire them.
This is what it came with
The middle pics shows the Switch, relay, inline fuse, a black UNFINISHED wire, a yellow wire with brown connector and a black wire with a brown connector.
Where do i connect the yellow and black wire with connectors??
Where do i connect the black Unfinished wire?? Is that a ground?
The last pic at the bottom shows the two plugs to the actual fogs, a black wire with a brown connector and a red UNFINISHED wire.
Where do i connect the black wire with the connector??
Where do i connect the red unfinished wire? To a Constant 12V??
I need your help please
