Cooling issue

Default Cooling issue

I have a b16 in a hatch si

i have my cooling fan switched

but i noticed it takes a long time to get to temp even driving in 60 degree weather. I never have to turn on my fan..

Any suggestions, just bugs cuz some times want to be able to have vtec but cant becuase car is still cold even after driving 20 minutes

any help would be greatly appriciated!!

just let it warm up cant wait to pop vtec. aint nothing wrong with it is good that ya car takes long 2 warm up mine civic does the same even in tha summer...

Get a new thermostat or check to see if there is one in there. Get a summer thermo stat too.

This is the problem.

Either your thermostat is stuck open, or it isn't there.

I will purchase one to assume there isnt one or its gone bad..

Do i get one to fit a b16 from a del sol vtec or 99-up civic si, cuz mine is a 1st gen b16??

i'm pretty sure either the 99 si or the dohc del sol will work. i replaced mine too and i'm 87% sure i got it for a 99 si civic
