i am having a coolant problem on my 90 honda crx si. after an average drive around town i checked my coolant and it was low. so i took a look at my reservoir and the coolant was way past max. another thing i have never heard or noticed my fan come on. my clusters temp gauge does show any signs of overheating, goes from cold on start up to just under half and never goes over half. i was wondering if a 96 integra rad would work? the pegs r the same distance apart. cuz when i got it etested i noticed that the rad was smoking abit and i am also goin to be putting the 96 gsr motor in the crx. so could i use that rad and maybe fan? i bought a new thermostat to see if that is why its making it fill the reservior. anyways i have no clue why its doin this.

also one day when i was driving in the rain and i have a cold air intake my car was boggin out here and there at highway speeds. but all i had to do was down shift and it would go away then i would put it back in fifth and it would still be fine for a kilometer or so then it would bog out again, everytime it bogged it blew smoke out the back. kinda looked white as if coolant but had an oily smell. like 7 times it did that. so i went home and the next day check my oil and it was fine, could prolly use an oil change but it didnt look milky. and i checked my coolant and no oil in the coolant but it was low took half a jug. and ever since that day its been weird. when i drive its fine but when i shut it down for a min or 2 it sometime blows abit of smoke and idles just over 500 rpm. but then it will stop smokin and run fine again. i dont know guys. you think i blew the headgasket? i did the bubble test and no bubbles at idle but if i rev it a bit with the rad cap off it bubbles a little bit. and no sweet smell.
