Default Rusted fuel lines

Are these a concern?

I had to change my fuel pump, and while I was under there I discovered this mess.

ha, funny you bring this up.

the cat on my daily driver (92 Civic) broke and the car has been sitting for a few weeks, went to replace the cat this past weekend and found a connection that looks just like that back by the gas tank thats leaking gas. Haven't really looked at it other than to see it was leaking and where it was leaking from.

I recommend you do, reason why my brake lines rusted off, also power steering So Its a must to replace them before you get stuck somewhere.

At a minimum I'd hit them with a wire brush or sand paper and get all the rust off - if they look fine I'd hit them with some rust preventative spray and you should be ok.
