my cousin's 96 civic hx daily took a dump. it was misfiring bad and ran like ****. i did a compression check and found #2 to be real low. pulled off the head and i found cylinder #2 exhaust exhaust valve had a chunk missing from it.

anyways, this is jus a daily bucket from work and he's on a budget. we found a deal on a y8 head complete. do the head studs line up and bolt right into the y5 block? and same for the y5 intake manifold. does the stock y5 intake mainfold bolt up to the y8 head? are they pretty much the same head is what i'm asking i guess. sorry i'm not pro with sohc. =(
