Default just did a motor swap but problems occurs

I just did a 96 d16y8 swap into my 2000 civic and it is leaking oil out of the end of my headers and idles from 2k rpm to 500rpm and also smokes at the bottom of the oil pan. Can someone help identify these problems? Also I don't have my axles installed yet but my speedometer reads 20mph, is that suppose to be normal? I can see wherey axle suppose to go spinning.

I take it you have not bled your clutch yet, which would explain why your transmission is spinning. Also, you should not be leaking oil out of the header; are you sure oil isn't leaking from the head onto the header? On a final note, I would not run the car without axles. Oil most likely has leaked out of the transmission through the axle holes, leaving your transmission dry.

surging idle is usually a vacuum leak or a problem with the IACV. if its smoking out of the muffler thats usually a sign of bad rings. Is it overheating or burning coolant? because if so it could be the headgasket.
