Default Smoke at idle on new engine *built* rings? valve seals?

Engine was sleeved and had its final bore and hone done at Z10 motorsports. Head was built at CNCport.com and loaded with a full supertech valvetrain including bronze valve guides. I can only assume they used new valve seals. Piston to wall was done at the same place who did the sleeves (Z10, AEBS Sleeves) and I could only assume they follow Wiseco’s specs. Ring End gapping was done by Joe at ESP when he assembled it, again…I can only assume he did it correctly.

Car was started, A/F ratios set to normal….idled and heat cycles a few times. First oil change after the first heat cycle. Driven about 30 miles normal driving to Xenocron's shop…and then broken in on the dyno. All the while leaking from the #2 and #3 cylinders with that oily/condensation type fluid. (i had a bad exahust manifold gasket). Looking down the hole without the plug the two cylinders are wet. There was no oil on my plugs. The car will smoke a bit at idle or if im pulling in my garage and just reving it a little at a time.

Did a compression test and got 170psi +/- 5 psi across the board. I have 8.5:1 compression so that sounds right i guess. I have not done a leak down test but this week im going to be. Anyone ever have similar problems or know what could be up?

thanks for your help

valve seals will leak only at start up not while running until it clears out.
rings will smoke while under acceleration and internally worn parts. if its smoking all the time i would do a leak down test and confirm if it's rings or bad valve guides

It doesnt smoke under acceleration
It smokes at idle and if im lightly blipping the throttle to move the car around my driveway.
It has brand new valve guides
