Camber?
Hey guys im putting my Ferio in a car show and i kinda want the wheels cambered for it you know kinda more flashy....the only thing is that i dont know anything about it....can you guys please help me and tell me what i need for it and how hard it is on the car? thanks guys.....
Lowering it will automatically give you camber. A 2" drop seems to give about 2.2* rear, 1.9* front on a civic with the toe zeroed out.
There's a guy on the suspension forum running 4* at 1" down using a camber kit. I've been running 2* myself with the toe zeroed out for about a week and haven't noticed any abnormal tire wear... I'm watching it pretty closely.
A couple of degrees of camber makes a very noticeable difference in handling properties as the suspension loads up, and supposedly doesn't affect tire wear as long as the rest of the alignment is spot on.
