Default civic alarm wont work viper 350 hv help

ok so a few months ago i took my car in to get it smoged alarm was working fine came home after test was done passed got out of the car and proceded to lock up with key fob and nothing but locked doors and flash of the lights no beep tried doing it again nothing tried starting car to reset back into normal nothing tried disconnecting battery nothing.
come to find out after cleaning up the wires under the kick panel there are 4 connectors just plane as day with out a wire between them. 2 red 2 blue i dont just want to connect the 2 red together and the 2 blue together and fry something so i was wondering if any one has a 96 civic with a viper 350 hv alarm system if there is a few connectors with wires between them tell me what the colors of the original wires are.

the alarm will not sound unless you hit the panic button on the fob. opening the doors with the alarm on wont do anything.

i have already checked the wire diagram from www.bulldogsecurity.com and it all pans out. so if you can help me out it would be greatly apreciated.

Is your alarm LED constantly on instead of blinking? If so, valet mode.
As for the not beeping, the alarm could be configured (through the remote) to be in a silent'ish mode.

Alarm is in valet, or the alarm siren lead is cut.

Question...
When you lock the doors using remote, [doors lock and park lights flash once], if you open the door using the keys, do the park lights start flashing?

If not, alarm is in valet mode.
If so, siren lead is cut.

The siren lead out of alarm brain is brown, it connects to the red lead of the siren.

I am not sure what the red and blue leads are, the alarm itself has a red power lead, but it must be connected as the door locks work, there is also a blue lead, ground trigger for hood or trunk pins.

The alarms impact sensors harness also has a red and a blue lead.

Can you post a pic of the red and blue leads?
